Chocolate puddings with white chocolate hearts
… well it started with some angst around freezing the white chocolate cubes for the ‘melting hearts’ (cue for Salmon and Fidget’s enrolment on a food hygiene refresher, ‘nuff said). But in truth, things just went from bad to worse – what promised to be a risk-free, indulgent pud recipe produced a disappointing (though still edible) curdled mess…with rock hard, rather than oozy, white chocolate in the middle.
No surprise that we won’t be sharing the how-to right now. But we will fully review, debrief and try again. If it works spectacularly, you’ll be first to know.
