The turning point came when Panda received a special delivery of exotic sauces and condiments: truly a brimming cornucopia of flavours – the beauty of spiced oil, the umami of oyster sauce…

So, thus inspired, this week Trota selected another easy yet super-tasty dish. You will need: 200g pork fillet (thinly sliced), 150g stir fry vegetables, 150g cooked noodles, 2tbsp vegetable oil, 2tbsp LKK Premium Oyster Sauce, 2tbsp LKK Double Deluxe Soy Sauce, 1tsp LKK Chiu Chow Chilli Oil (add more if you like it spicier).

Start by marinating the pork in the oyster sauce for at least 10min. Meanwhile, stir-fry the vegetables in a wok with 1tbsp oil for 2–3min until part-cooked and retaining some bite. Set them aside.

With the other tbsp of oil, stir-fry the pork for 4–5min or so until done. Add the remaining sauces and the cooked noodles and mix. Reintroduce the vegetables, stirring until well combined. Serve at once.

Clearly a generous source of the spicy and tantalising, Panda is now Fidget’s best friend!
